CTOS - Trucks & Equipment in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions and Sales. You will proactively source passive talent, manage agency relationships, and partner with hiring managers to align scope and timelines.

The role requires strong analytics, ADP Workforce Now proficiency, and a commitment to candidate confidentiality. You will collaborate with Marketing on social content and support onboarding with HR.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting across corporate, back-office, and sales.
• Experience owning external agency/vendor relationships and contracts.
• Strong analytical capability; able to build and present multi-function recruiting dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable ATS/HRIS.
• Proven ability to uphold strict confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales operations.
• Proactively source passive talent in competitive markets like sales and back-office roles.
• Maintain candidate experience with timely updates and respectful communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role scope, pipeline health, and timelines.
• Own recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and agency spend; present insights.
• Optimize ADP Workforce Now workflows to improve data quality and reporting.
• Manage vendor/agency relationships, renewals, and negotiations.
• Build campus partnerships with engineering and manufacturing programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing on social recruiting content aligned to brand voice.
• Support onboarding with HR to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Maintain strict confidentiality around sensitive searches.
