Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and departments in corporate and vendor environments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and related TA tech.
• Strong ability to source, screen, interview, and extend offers while maintaining candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourc e, screen, interview, and extend offers for assigned requisites.
• Consult with hiring managers on role fit and people placement.
• Maintain exceptional candidate experience and customer service throughout the process.
• Leverage networks, events, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to identify and recruit top candidates.
