Job summary

• Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to attract talent.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future talent needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
• Use innovative sourcing methods and engage in industry networking to identify top talent.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to align goals and timelines.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment outcomes.
