• Experience recruiting high-volume hourly/part-time or variable-hour employees across multiple locations.

• Talent Acquisition & Manager Partnership: own recruiting strategy and execution with hiring managers.
• Candidate Assessment & Hiring Recommendations: conduct phone screens and interview participation; document qualifications and risks.
• Candidate Experience & Communication: coordinate interviews and provide timely, respectful updates to candidates.
• Offers & Pre-Employment Coordination: manage approvals, offers, background checks, and onboarding readiness.
• Paycom, Orientation Handoff & Process Improvement: maintain ATS/HRIS data and KPI tracking; improve speed and consistency.
• Team Collaboration & Department Support: assist HR on projects and cross-train to cover priorities.
