Job summary

The Intersect Group is partnering with a well established organization to hire a TA Business Partner who will lead full cycle recruitment across multiple functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, managing the hiring lifecycle, building pipelines for critical roles, and delivering an exceptional candidate and manager experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience as a business partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and recruiting expertise to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple levels of the organization.
• Promote and support employment branding initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and attraction.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
