Uline is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own strategic searches, partner with hiring leaders, and shape our growing workforce. This on-site role requires delivering a superior candidate experience and presenting market insights to guide hiring decisions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills to influence leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.
