Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a Senior Corporate Recruiter to mentor a team and own full lifecycle recruiting for corporate roles. The position offers opportunities to shape talent strategy and partner with HR leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.

• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates.
