Job summary

Catalent, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead our leadership talent strategy and run full lifecycle executive searches. You will partner with senior leaders to align candidate expectations with organizational needs and strengthen our leadership pipeline.

You will design and execute targeted recruitment programs, engage passive talent, and coach executives to drive informed hiring decisions while upholding our employer brand across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of executive level recruiting experience (agency, in-house executive search, or hybrid).
• Proven ability to partner with and coach senior executives (VP, SVP, President, C-suite) on market insights, talent trends, compensation.
• Demonstrated success building and executing advanced sourcing strategies, including passive talent engagement, market mapping, Boolean search, and pipeline development.
• Track record of managing confidential executive searches end to end.

Responsibilities

• Define staffing strategies with HR leaders and executive hiring managers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of executive requisitions—from approval through close.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies and programs to strengthen leadership pipeline.
• Source and engage active candidates via databases, postings, internal systems, and referrals.
• Cultivate passive talent through networking, market mapping, outreach, social media, and events.
• Assess candidate motivators and influence decision making to align with organizational needs.
