We are seeking a driven and collaborative Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate functions, including creative, marketing, operations, accounting and finance, and other professional roles. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is an onsite role in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial intake and sourcing through interviews, references, offer coordination, and hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each role, including sourcing approaches, candidate outreach, networking, referrals, and other talent pipelines.
• Recruit across a diverse range of corporate functions, including creative, marketing, operations, accounting and finance, and other business areas.
• Proactively source and engage qualified passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on experience, qualifications, career goals, and alignment with position requirements.
• Coordinate panel interviews and manage communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the process.
• Complete professional reference checks and provide hiring teams with relevant feedback prior to final hiring decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to create an organized, professional, and positive candidate experience.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight and guidance regarding candidate availability, compensation considerations, and recruitment challenges.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Support offer development and delivery while helping facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting strategies and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, agency, or professional recruiting environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas and managing a variety of positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience identifying passive talent.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers at different levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing or recruiting tools preferred.
