National Beverages Corp. seeks a passionate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from posting jobs to offers. You will collaborate across departments to build strong pipelines for clerical, administrative, plant production, and management roles in a multi-state environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of recruiting experience, and knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience.
• CPG/Manufacturing recruiting experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• English/Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting to offers.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Attend local job fairs and university outreach events.
• Advertise openings on job boards and collect resumes.
• Build pipelines across multiple states with active and passive candidates.
• Interact with candidates professionally as the face of NBC.
• Ensure policy compliance and confidentiality in recruitment processes.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and new-hire paperwork.
