Job summary

Primary Services in Houston is seeking an experienced Recruiter for an onsite contract-to-hire role to support production, warehouse, and operational hiring. You will own the full recruiting process, partner with business leaders, and build strong candidate pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of corporate recruiting, high-volume experience, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions. UKG experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate recruiting experience, including high-volume recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and offer coordination.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees, production personnel, warehouse workers, maintenance technicians, or related operational roles.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment and hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience with UKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, warehouse, maintenance, skilled trades, and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple locations.
• Identify potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
• Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining accurate candidate pipelines and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, employment offers, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build talent pools to support recurring vacancies and anticipated workforce needs.
• Track recruiting activity, applicant information, and requisition status in applicant tracking systems.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
