National Beverage Corp. in Florida is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to offers.

You will manage the ATS, build pipelines via job fairs, social media, and university outreach, and represent NBC professionally with candidates. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of multi-state recruiting experience, with knowledge of HR policies and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of multi-state recruiting desirable.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring process from posting to offer.
• Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Attend local job fairs and build candidate pipelines.
• Use social media and recruitment sites to advertise roles.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and new hire paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote NBC with candidates and employees.
• Interact with universities to promote NBC as an employer of choice.
