Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR support experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring needs, and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates across functions and geographies.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and professional networks.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements following internal processes and compliance guidelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and support interview scheduling across teams.
• Support hiring managers with structured interview guidance and timely feedback loops.
• Coordinate offer processes, including background checks and documentation with HR.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure documentation meets compliance standards.
• Adhere to state and federal hiring laws and internal recruitment policies.
