Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective strategies, and identify high-quality talent.

You will oversee the process from intake to offer acceptance, delivering a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate and manager experience while exercising sound judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or specialized positions.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional positions, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, business needs, candidate profiles, and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, networks, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with requirements.
• Provide hiring managers with recruiting guidance, market insights, and recommendations.
• Coordinate and facilitate an efficient interview and selection process with timely communication.
• Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR and hiring leaders, including negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
