Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Partners is seeking aRecruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across private practices, corporate teams, and healthcare facilities. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, calling candidates, referrals, and building pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

You will partner with hiring managers, create compelling postings, and move searches forward through intake to offer, maintaining clean ATS records and consistent updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through phone outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Experience managing multiple openings and moving candidates through full process.
• Confident speaking with clinical professionals and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, timelines, and role requirements.
• Manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, keeping records updated.
• Write and update job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, networks, referrals, job boards, and other channels.
• Call prospective candidates, including those who have not applied, to introduce opportunities.
• Ask for referrals and maintain pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct phone/video screens to assess qualifications, interests, compensation expectations, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with a clear summary of experience and screening.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed of status and next steps.
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates on search activity, candidate pipelines, obstacles, and progress.
• Track recruiting activity and results, including submissions, interviews, offers, starts, and time to fill.
