Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple properties across several regions. You will drive sourcing strategies, partner with leadership to set priorities, and coordinate interview teams to ensure a smooth process.

The role requires 3+ years in recruiting, strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices, and experience with ATS systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in Property Management or a related industry.
High-volume recruiting experience desired.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition practices, industry trends, candidate pipelines, and recruiting strategies.
Proficiency with an ATS; Dayforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for a load across multiple functions and regions.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidate pools.
Source candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and set priorities.
Coordinate interview team and ensure efficient interviews.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
Manage offer process including compensation recommendations and tracking acceptance.
Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data in ATS.
