Beacon Hill Staffing Group's client is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its recruiting function across sales, clinical, corporate and operations teams nationwide. The director will partner with executive leadership to establish processes, metrics, and recruiting operations to support growth.

The role will oversee and grow the recruiting team, drive best practices, and build the systems needed to measure performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with recruiting leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the recruiting function across multiple business areas on a national basis.
