• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, boards, referrals, and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, interviews, and assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview practices, compensation alignment, and decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Track activity, pipeline health, and outcomes in the ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and outcomes.
