Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to oversee the full candidate search for non-sales roles nationwide. You will manage the process from sourcing to offer with urgency, training, and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is 100% in-office in Daphne, AL, with uncapped bonus potential and salary starting at $45,000 plus a $20,000 bonus target. Expect training, mentorship, and exposure to executive leadership as you support a growing organization of 9,000+ employees.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% in-office in a performance-driven environment.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.
• No experience required; paid training program.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill roles with top talent.
• Generate high-volume candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process end-to-end.
• Document conversations, progress, offers, and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy.
