Total Quality Logistics in the United States (Spanish Fort, AL) is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for non-sales roles. You’ll generate candidate flow, screen, interview, and guide offers, while partnering with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes an in-office environment and a structured training program with strong earning potential. The position requires 0-2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience, excellent relationship skills, and comfort with Avature;

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
• College degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
