Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professionals. You’ll partner with hiring managers, understand roles, and craft sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll evaluate candidates through screens and structured interviews, advise on compensation, and guide hiring decisions. This in-office role at our Lexington, KY campus offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and growth

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and talent market.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and assessments
• Guide hiring managers on interview practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health in ATS (Avature)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes
