Total Quality Logistics in Mobile, AL seeks a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and market dynamics. You’ll build targeted sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and guide interview and offer decisions to ensure strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
• The ability to work with the latest technologies.
• Comfortable working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
