Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source and screen candidates, and guide decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and job boards, evaluate candidates through structured interviews, and manage the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
