Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in the Mobile, AL area to own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and guide interview and compensation decisions.

You will evaluate candidates through structured interviews and assessments, manage the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, and track outcomes in Avature.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
