Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between RMH Central PA and McDonald’s Owner/Operators, leadership, managers, and crew.
• Build and strengthen relationships to increase awareness, participation, and long-term support.
• Manage existing McDonald’s fundraising and engagement programs and provide resources for successful execution.
• Develop strategies to increase participation through Round-Up, direct donations, and in-store campaigns.
• Coordinate program activities and follow-up with restaurants and leadership.
