Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Central PA is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to support Special Events within the development team. You will manage the sponsorship pipeline, act with initiative, and maintain records and event guidelines.

The role requires organization, database experience, and a compassionate approach, with on-site responsibilities and occasional evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Passion for the RMH mission and a genuine desire to support families.
• Ability to work as part of a team with professional discretion.
• Experience in fundraising, sales, or community engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, solicit, and steward sponsors for signature events (4–5 per year).
• Initiate outreach to current and prospective sponsors via email/phone/meetings.
• Draft sponsorship requests and maintain sponsor database.
• Attend networking events to develop connections and visibility.
• Support fundraising by aligning sponsors with appropriate opportunities.
