Job summary

World Food Program USA is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Partnerships to support the corporate partnerships team. This role will assist in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate partners, and will coordinate cross-functional initiatives that advance the organization's mission to end global hunger.

Based in Washington, DC with a hybrid work model, you will help manage a small portfolio of partners, maintain Salesforce records, and support reports, proposals, events,

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a non-profit, fundraising, grant management, partnerships, multilateral affairs, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. international relations, political science or related field) or equivalent years of experience.
• Passion for the mission of WFP USA and global food security.
• Familiarity with fundraising and corporate social impact practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Partnerships teams with partnership management activities (reports, proposals, meeting agendas, presentations, concept notes).
• Act as a point of contact between Corporate Partnerships and other departments within WFP USA.
• Support project management activities, including prospect/partner research, partner and vendor agreements, and event support.
• Update and manage partnership records and reports in Salesforce.
• Support and manage relationships of a small portfolio of current and prospective organizations through all donor pipeline phases.
• Undertake other responsibilities assigned by the Deputy and Senior Director.
