Job summary

Feeding America is seeking a Director of Corporate Partnerships to secure donations from major corporate partners and manage complex relationships. The role drives revenue, deepens partnerships, and oversees a team of corporate partnerships staff.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in fundraising or account management, a proven track record with large gifts, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across Finance, Programs, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fundraising or account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and managing large gifts.
• Autonomous with ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of corporate donors.
• Lead donor strategy, solicitation, stewardship, and issue resolution.
• Solicit and manage six- to seven-figure donations for assigned accounts.
• Supervise Corporate Partnership staff and mentor team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Grants, Programs, Supply Chain and Marketing to develop proposals and stewardship strategies.
• Broaden donor relationships across Feeding America’s portfolio.
• Build collaborative relationships with member food banks to deepen engagement.
• Provide communication support to assigned donors, including campaign materials review.
• Identify opportunities and drive process improvements in relationship management.
• Prepare memos and partnership updates for network members and Executive Team.
