Job summary

Feeding America in Chicago seeks a Director of Corporate Partnerships to secure and manage major corporate gifts and strategic alliances. You will lead donor strategy, cultivation, and stewardship for a curated portfolio, aiming for six-to-seven-figure gifts and sustained growth across accounts.

In this role, you will supervise partnerships staff, collaborate with Finance, Programs, and Marketing, and shape customized proposals that align with partner objectives while advancing Feeding America's

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fundraising or account management experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals for corporate or foundation donors.
• Autonomous, proactive with the ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of corporate donors, guiding strategy and stewardship.
• Solicit and manage six- to seven-figure donations from assigned accounts and meet annual revenue targets.
• Supervise Corporate Partnership staff and support professional development of direct reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Programs, and Marketing to develop tailored grants, campaigns and stewardship strategies.
• Broaden donor relationships across Feeding America's portfolio including food, funds, and awareness initiatives.
• Build collaborative relationships with member food banks to deepen donor engagement at national and local levels.
• Provide communications support to donors, including campaign materials review and editing.
• Identify opportunities to improve relationship management processes and information sharing within the network.
• Prepare partnership updates for Feeding America's network and Executive Team as needed.
• Represent the Corporate Partnerships team on cross-functional committees and special projects.
