Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern Territory is seeking a development professional to cultivate and solicit corporate donors in the North Texas Command. You will manage a donor portfolio, analyze corporate giving potential, and develop strategies to convert volunteer-aligned corporations into donors while building annual stewardship programs.

Role requires presenting to groups, coordinating with volunteers, and periodic travel across the command to meet with partners and supporters.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate relations or corporate giving.
• Ability to analyze gift potential and develop solicitation strategies.
• Experience presenting to large groups and traveling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a portfolio of corporate donors and a prospect pipeline to raise funds.
• Analyzes gift potential of corporations and devises solicitation strategies.
• Creates annual corporate stewardship, recognition, retention and upgrading plans.
• Develops and implements strategies to cultivate and solicit donors.
• Reports progress and financial outcomes weekly.
