HHAeXchange is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, month-end closes, and financial reporting within a fast-growing SaaS-like environment. The role drives process improvements, automation, and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA license, and a proven track record leading teams in a regulated, public or PE-backed company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 5+ years leading accounting teams and overseeing month-end closes.
• Experience in a publicly traded or PE-backed or similarly rigorous reporting environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting requirements.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting organization across operations, GAAP close, payroll, and reporting.
• Own the monthly close calendar and ensure timely closings for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
• Reduce close timelines from 9 business days to 5 through process optimization and automation.
• Lead general ledger, consolidations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain close governance, deadlines, and accountability across the team.
• Partner with Order-to-Cash to improve billing, collections, and cash app for close inputs.
• Prepare audited financial statements and manage the annual audit.
• Oversee treasury, tax, and capital management activities.
• Drive transformation, AI/automation adoption, and scalable processes across accounting.
