Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead all accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls across the organization. You will partner with the CAO and CFO to drive audit management and lender reporting.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, general ledgers, reconciliations, and ERP maintenance (Acumatica, Floqast) while building a high‑performing finance team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; master’s preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with reporting leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, GL accounting and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for executive liaison.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and adaptability in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multi-location structure.
• Oversee general ledgers, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage external audits and liaise with tax consultants.
• Support M&A due diligence, post-close integration and reporting.
• Oversee Floqast and Acumatica maintenance for reporting.
