Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting in a fast-growing, tech-enabled homecare platform. The role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and will drive process improvements and automation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting, CPA certification, and strong GAAP expertise, with experience in a complex, publicly exposed environment and a distributed/remote team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including 5+ years leading accounting teams and overseeing month end closes.
• Active CPA license.
• Experience in a publicly traded company or rigorously reporting environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Lead a high-performing accounting organization and drive process improvements.
• Manage treasury, tax coordination, and internal controls; coordinate with external audits.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance close processes and accounting operations.
