Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting organization, own the GAAP close, and drive automation across accounting operations. The role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and collaborates with FP&A, IT, and cross-functional partners to support growth. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of accounting leadership, a CPA, and deep knowledge of U.S.

GAAP. Expect a high-impact, transformational environment with travel up to 10% and a base salary of $175,000–$200,000

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
• 5+ years leading accounting teams and overseeing month end closes
• CPA license and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience in public company or PE-backed environments
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams
• Ability to design and optimize operational processes
• Strong skills in building executive-facing reports and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Lead accounting operations, consolidations, and financial reporting
• Establish close governance and cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with Order-to-Cash to improve billing and cash applications
• Coordinate annual audits and external reporting
• Drive transformation through automation and AI in accounting
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting organization
• Support strategic initiatives and M&A integration
