Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead finance operations in a growing enterprise. You will oversee accounting, policy design, controls, and reporting to ensure GAAP compliance and transparency. This role partners closely with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business goals.

The position manages month-end and year-end closes, audits, and external reporting while driving process improvements and system integrity across ERP platforms and financial systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Significant expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• External audit experience is preferred; cannabis industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounting Department operations and align systems with goals.
• Design, implement, and maintain accounting policies, controls, and reporting structures.
• Direct transactional accounting incl. AP, GL, reconciliations, fixed assets, leases, payroll, tax filings.
• Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant financial statements and audits.
• Lead month-/quarter-/year-end closes and continuous process improvements.
