Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead all accounting operations, ensure integrity of financial reporting, and strengthen controls across the organization. You will partner with leadership to deliver accurate, timely reporting and oversee audit management and lender/board reporting.

The role focuses on a robust close process, consolidation, and driving efficiency through systems like Floqast and Acumatica, with a proactive, coaching leadership style to grow the team.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership in reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidate across locations.
• Oversee general ledgers, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage external audits and liaise with tax consultants.
