Qualifications

• Experience as a Controller in a PE-backed setting is required.
• Strong background in mid-to-large scale businesses with multi-entity consolidation.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized accounting across a multi-site organization with scalable processes.
• Partner with CFO for improved financial visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Own internal controls, audit coordination, and tax planning with advisors.
• Oversee consolidated cash, liquidity management, and working capital.
• Manage ERP standardization, consolidation tooling, and post-acquisition integrations.
