Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Controller to build the accounting function from the ground up in a PE-backed, fast-scaling environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, GAAP expertise, and strong experience with ERP systems and post-close integration.

You will own close, reporting, treasury, and controls while guiding the financial integration of acquisitions and implementing a scalable tech stack across the platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience in PE-backed, acquisitive businesses with post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process across all entities; drive timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage daily accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations.
• Lead purchase accounting, PPA, and integration for acquisitions (3–6/year).
• Oversee treasury, banking, cash forecasting, and lender reporting.
• Serve as ERP super-user during implementation and post-go-live support.
