Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is recruiting a Corporate Controller to lead controllership, close, and treasury for a PE-backed platform. You will own GAAP, close processes, and the financial integration of acquisitions, while implementing ERP and automation tools to scale to a $50M EBITDA trajectory.

You will partner with the CFO, build a high-caliber accounting team, and manage lender reporting, cash forecasting, and policy development across multiple entities in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with multi-entity scope.
• CPA and strong GAAP technical expertise required.
• Experience in PE-backed, acquisitive environments preferred.
• Hands-on in post-close integration and scale-up of accounting functions.
• ERP implementation experience, including system owner responsibilities.
• Experience with lender reporting and KPI/dashboards for sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Own controllership, close, reporting, and treasury across entities.
• Lead purchase accounting, opening/closing balance sheets, and PPA (ASC 805).
• Manage ERP onboarding of acquired entities and COA migration (90 days).
• Oversee debt covenants, reporting, and lender relationship management.
• Build scalable accounting infrastructure and a repeatable integration playbook.
• Develop a high-performing accounting team and strong internal controls.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and audit readiness.
• Drive 13-week cash flow forecasting and treasury operations.
