Job summary

Grant Morgan is seeking a hands‑on Corporate Controller to lead financial reporting, revenue recognition, tax, treasury and regulatory compliance across a multi‑entity, globally oriented organization. This fully remote role reports to the CFO and partners with senior management and the private equity sponsor during growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in entrepreneurial, privately held or private equity backed middle-market firms.
• Experience with professional services or multi-entity environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, revenue recognition and accounting operations.
• Manage tax, treasury and regulatory compliance across multiple entities, including international offices.
• Lead post-close integrations, system migrations and reporting alignment.
• Partner with CFO, executives and PE sponsor to drive growth and change.
