Job summary

PNC seeks a Senior Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking based in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on managing high-level client relationships, strategy development, and cross-sell of PNC products within an in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a relationship management role.
• Higher level education such as a Masters or PhD is desirable.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certification and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being and drives client engagement.
• Builds an effective network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and showcase the full range of PNC products.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced fundamentals and internal policies.
