Job summary

PNC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to grow client sales and deepening wallet share. You will strategize client relationships, oversee credit and non-credit product negotiations, and manage risk across a diverse book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher degrees/certifications desirable.
• Experience with credit and risk assessment across complex client needs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management with clients to grow sales and market share.
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Provides client insights to deepen engagement and loyalty; mentors others as needed.
• Leverages internal networks and tools to bring full bank solutions to clients.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex requests.
