Ideal candidates have formal credit training, 8+ years in relationship management for middle-market clients, and strong risk assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Requires formal credit training and experience with middle market clients (revenue 100mm+)
• Experience in corporate banking and risk management
• MBA or advanced certifications are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue and market share
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit/non-credit products
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
• Focuses on client opportunities and drives engagement and loyalty
• Leverages internal relationships and cross-sell to present full bank solutions
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex requests
