Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience driving automation and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP, billing, cash mgmt, fixed assets, reconciliations, close) and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, dashboards, KPIs, and support budgeting/forecasting with the CFO.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and promote accounting staff aligned with objectives.
• Lead process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and drive automation.
• Serve as backup for critical accounting functions.
