Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong internal controls, policies, and procedures knowledge.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Manage cash flow and support long-term financial planning initiatives
• Coordinate external audits and oversee tax and regulatory reporting
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Lead and develop the accounting team while driving continuous process improvements
