Job summary

Omnidian, based in Seattle, seeks a high-impact Controller to lead finance as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team. You will own end-to-end accounting across multi-entity US/ANZ operations, drive close cycles, sustain GAAP compliance, and architect scalable systems including NetSuite and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Deep US GAAP expertise: consolidations, intercompany, ASC 606, international accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US and Australian entities.
• Own consolidated financial statements under US GAAP with intercompany eliminations and multi-currency consolidation.
• Manage external audit and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and lead a scalable accounting infrastructure and systems roadmap including NetSuite and automation.
