Job summary

OVME is seeking a hands-on Controller (Director level) to lead our accounting team as we scale. With NetSuite in place, you will automate the close, optimize integrations, and apply AI to speed accuracy and scalability.

This role demands strong GAAP control, multi-entity management, and collaboration with PE sponsors and lenders. Expect ownership of the close calendar, audits, and tax provisions in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842).
• Hands-on NetSuite experience, post-implementation optimization and multi-subsidiary consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, and tax compliance.
• Own entity-level accounting, consolidation, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reporting.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close with GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee revenue recognition for memberships, packages, and gift cards; manage deferred revenue reporting.
• Prepare monthly reports for executives and the board; coordinate audits and tax provision.
