STIIIZY, INC. is seeking a Controller to build and lead a world-class Accounting and Financial Reporting function in support of a rapidly growing business.

You will partner with all departments to improve data quality, processes, and timely financial information, driving remediation and automation initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the accounting staff, consolidate reporting, manage offshore resources, and ensure compliance with US GAAP while supporting audits, tax, and new

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BBA in accounting or related field; MBA or MAcc preferred.
• 7–15 years of relevant financial accounting experience in a managerial role, ideally mix of public accounting and industry.
• Hands-on experience in vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution; multi-entity operations including inter-company transactions and eliminations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a large accounting team; ensure month-end close on time and deadlines.
• Review complex workpapers, reconciliations, and consolidation schedules; ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on guidance on inventory accounting, costing, and intercompany transfers; oversee perpetual to GL processes.
• Monitor internal controls and drive efficient accounting processes and automation.
• Manage internal and external audits and offshore accounting resources.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, or new development projects and due diligence.
• Communicate clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams.
