Job summary

STIIIZY, INC. is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead our accounting and financial reporting function. You will partner with multiple departments to improve processes, data quality and timely financial statements in line with US GAAP, reporting to the Sr Controller.

You will manage day-to-day accounting staff, oversee offshore resources, and drive month-end close, audit support and a multi-entity consolidation across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and retail.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 7–15 years of managerial financial accounting experience in a multi-entity, vertically integrated environment.
• Hands-on GAAP knowledge including ASC 606, ASC 842 and ASC 330.
• Experience leading offshore/remote accounting teams and ERP optimization.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a large accounting team and manage month-end close deadlines.
• Review complex workpapers, reconciliations and consolidation schedules across entities.
• Guide inventory accounting, costing, intercompany transfers and margin eliminations.
• Oversee internal controls, audits and financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate acquisitions, due diligence and integration of new projects.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
