Job summary

STIIIZY, Inc. is hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee multi-entity accounting operations across manufacturing and distribution. You will personally prepare reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries while supporting the Controller’s close and financial reporting.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (Odoo preferred) and proven team leadership across stateside and overseas teams. Expect a hands-on leadership style and opportunities to streamline controls and automate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions.
• ERP experience (Odoo, SAP or NetSuite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations across multiple entities (AP/AR/inventory/GL).
• Support month-end/year-end close; prepare reconciliations and journal entries.
• Lead intercompany transactions and multi-entity consolidations.
• Mentor a distribution of accounting professionals across locations.
• Communicate results and insights to management; drive process improvements.
